Cooking Lesson

Your Memorable Japanese Home Cooking Experience

Born in Hida City. I like to cook a variety of dishes, from traditional Japanese cuisine to modern Japanese cuisine and European cuisine from France and Italy. Learn from 40 years of experience cooking and traveling in Europe.

Japanese cuisine has developed from unique recipes from various parts of Japan. As Western food culture was introduced to Japan, the fusion of Western and Japanese cuisine progressed.

In this lesson, you will learn to cook based on both Japanese and Western recipes and discover the secrets of the taste of modern Japanese cuisine.
We can also advise you on alternative ingredients available in your country.

The cooking studio is located near Miyagawa Morning Market, where you can get fresh, locally grown seasonal vegetables.
The program uses them and organic foods as much as possible.

I hope that I will continue to make my recipes after I return home and that the taste will bring back wonderful memories of my visit to Japan.

*Please note that dishes in these classes are not suitable for vegetarians/vegans, nor are they Halal, Kosher, etc.

Our ingredients (all organic) are sourced from Midori Cooperative and Nomura Farmers.
